Front end not opening

Hi DBAs,
I am facing some problem while opening the Front end after multi node
installation on Red Hat AS3...
When I type the URL::: http://linux1.esec.com:8000/
The PHP opens...but when I click E-Business Home Page
It shoots the following error:::
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, changeOnOHSInstall and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
