As far as maintenance mode and autoconfig are considered you can get them by
applying the latest AD patches and autoconfig patches.
For a detailed differences you have to look up the documentation of these
releases.

As far as i know In 11.510 they have introduced, Maintenance mode as new
feature and Autoconfig is enabled from 11.5.8.So please reply me on this
