Can you check the alert log.
Check following point:
1) are you able to connect db tier from application tier( i.e access db from
apps tier)
2) It can be Apache issue. so check for apache logs.
3) Did you face any issues while cloning?
Logs file can be most helpful in your case.

I have cloning from multinode to mutinode.On one node entire DB and other node
