APPLPTMP variable should also included in the initSID.ora file. APPLPTMP
is pointing to correct location and file also generated at the APPLPTMP
location. Problem is when try to open via apps it gives the following
error message because the location is on db Node note on apps Node.

Update the APPLPTM parameter from your context file (xml) file and run
autoconfig it should solve your issue

I did the split from single node to multi node on windows 2003 server.
Now the dbTier and appsTier are on different nodes.

APPLPTMP variable is set to the value on dbTier one of the UTL_FILE_DIR
value. Now the concurrent programs which create output files on the
APPLPTMP location does create output file on the dbTier.

BUT when view the output file from applications using View-->Request and
then View Log, is giving the error.

Help to resolve this issue.
