[optimal] [optimal]update help

I would like your opinion on this issue,
I have a Zeiss FF 450 plus that needs an upgraded digital sensor and
electronics. I have quotes from Zeiss updated visupac plus sensor and OIS
WinStation 5000. I was also looking into Escalon Sonomed.
we are also in the progress of installing Merge as viewing suite for the
department.
What are your thoughts/suggestions?
Do any of you have a FF450+ with either OIS or Escalon sensor?
