Morning & TGIF,
? Our Zeiss OCT & HVF have been duplicating & sometimes tripling patient data.
We have FOURM, IOL Master, Humphrey, veracity, all Zeiss except our TOMEY/CT
which is not DICOM.
When we type MRN multiple entries of the same patient pops up. I’m getting feed
back that no trending data from HVF or OCT are showing up in FOURM or Harmony.
I know end users need data to be in the same folder before they scan eye on
OCT… not happening.
The issue is the OCT trending data is in multiple folders and need to be
consolidated to get a GPA & treat Glaucoma. Then data needs to be re published
to FOURM etc.. How are other ophthalmology practices merging data. This is
terrible for patient flow and a huge time suck because we have to do an IT
request to fix data issues. Note: sometimes the data is duplicated in all caps?
