[optimal] Re: RTvue layer segmentation

Noelle, it is pretty straight forward.

When you are viewing the map, click on the line you want to edit the
segmentation on.
Then select the measurement icon (middle icon in the upper left)
Click on the segmentation line to get the little ruler cursor, and then
click and drag the segmentation around.
When you are done, go back report (first icon in the upper left)
