There's no problem getting the excitor into the EX filter wheel inside the camera. I'd be willing to be that there's either no place in the relay lens for the barrier, or if there is a filter slide, Topcon may not make a barrier in that particular size. Since i'm not familiar with the Phillips head, i'd also be concerned if the camera has the sensitivity for FAF. But re-reading your post...you're all over that. Best of Luck!
