My eMail meant to portray that I have not yet made a decision.  We were going 
to purchase this year, but our own EPIC roll out caused me to rethink that 
decision.  I'm letting the world make a few more revolutions and see what 
shakes out with the "improvements" from all three companies before jumping off 
the pier on that one.

You are going Merge/Axis/Forum - why do you need all if you will be doing 
Merge?  We only use OIS/Merge.  (Symphony Web),  Our environment has been 
pretty stable for the last year.

We have EPIC and Merge here. Be prepared to have issues of "epic" proportions 
(pun intended). We have an OIS tab in EPIC, but it doesen't do anything? It has 
been 2 years and we are still tweaking it.

Me also.  Our hospital is going EPIC.  In 2014 We'll go Merge/Axis/Forum.  Jury 
is still out

Assuming there will be a tab/button in EPIC as a portal to the other 
ophthalmology PACS.
