Another thought - check with Zeiss (not sure on licensing of pdf) but our old
Stratus came with a disk which included the book Optical Coherence Tomography
of Ocular Diseases by Carmen Puliafito, Michael Hee, Joel Schuman, James
Gujimoto.
370 pages with great descriptions and case studies.
