To do this impossible task, I'll be looking for a simultaneous, not
sequential, stereo camera. This would avoid the issue of a small pupil for
the second image. Dimmer had, I recall, a pair of prisms in front of the
front element of a fundus camera to produce a simultaneous, side by side,
stereo pair.
