It definitely meets the definition of a “fascinoma”! Nice photos. You should
consider writing it up as a case report for the JOP with or without a confirmed
dx.

Judging by the medications he's on, it seems like he's had a kidney transplant.
Could be conjunctival and corneal calcification due to chronic renal failure?

Those are pretty significant deposits. Looks like copper but the Kaiser
Fleischer looks a little atypical. Does the patient have any of the systemic
symptoms of Wilson's? Poor liver function, jaundice, leaden gait?
Mike had a great idea about this being presented in the Rare Case symposium
next year. Where's a cornea specialist when you need them?

Wilson’s Disease is a good diagnosis – it causes the buildup in the Descemet's
Membrane too – but you said it was part of Bowmans?

Perhaps Wilson’s disease? That had a deposition of copper in a ring around

My guess – and by no means do I even know – but maybe a build up from the

this particular drug on the list that is to break up stones that could be
forming could be congregating there –
Good luck and keep us posted - Kat
