I may be able to assist. Please send me your contact info. Some of our earlier 
versions of this camera did not have current levels of exposure latitude due to 
sensor technology available at the time. New units do not suffer from the same 
issues as they have an updated sensor. 

There may be some things we can try with yours to attempt some relief.
