It gives me great pleasure to announce that Life Scout Thor Barsness has passed
his Eagle Board of Review tonight.
True to form, Thor was as sharp as a tack - I had no doubt that he would ace
this. Each of the board members expressed how impressed they were with him (as
am I!).
Congratulations to all of the Barsness family!!
