[optimal] From Denice SF changing name in Clarus

I can't seem to find the field where I can shorten the name automatically 
assigned to our Clarus 700 images
I should be able to choose how to name the image, no?

Difficult to get through to Zeiss.  Don't see it in the manual

Anyone out there that can help?
