[optimal] From Denice Optovue map

I'm not familiar at looking at the Optovue maps
Anyone can help me here?   What is the black on the nasal side indicating?
Total atrophy?
Even the Red/Green indicator is out of whack
If I were a betting man, I'd day there was something pre retinal interfering 
with this scan and giving it a false indicator of elevation
