Curiosity killed the cat but I can't help wondering why you want to do
binocular field if not to document Diplopia?
Years ago they were done for DMV forms. However, forms now require that you put
down the exact number of degrees nasally and temporally in each eye so you are
forced to do monocular. The only difference in doing the test binocularly was
that you centered the reticle on the bridge of the nose instead of one eye or
the other.

The only binocular field I've ever done on GVF is a Diplopoda field. If you
are just interested in general instructions about performing at Goldman
visual field Jonathan Trobe's book is very helpful
