I have an Adobe account and have not seen this.  

It may be a phishing attempt.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS CONTAINED 
WITHIN THE MESSAGE!!!!!  Contact Adobe directly through their website.  It 
would probably not hurt to change your email password.
