Seems Topcon TRC-50DX would be the ideal choice for your intended use in
Clinical Trials, as widely recognized by most Central Reading Centers.

MergeOIS, EscalonMRP or Topcon's IMAGENet software per your site's personal
or organization preference.

The system I am currently using is made by, originally MRP, Escalon and
Matt Carnevale. The only thing is that it is on a decades old FF4 (which I
love). Topcon cameras are okay but I am a real big fan of Matt’s software
and the camera backs that he designed. You might be able to get just the
optics of a Topcon and contact Matt about digitizing it. (no financial
interest)

At the practice where I work, we are in the market to purchase a new
Retinal camera, that can do FA's, and ICG's. We cannot purchase an SLO as
we do Clinical Trials. Any suggestions on your favorite camera that you are
using?
