Hi All I work for Natus - Sr.Int'l Clinical Specialist-RetCam/Vision.
Funny to see that you state Genteal Gel is on B/O as my wife ordered me 2
cases from her practice and I received them within
10 days of ordering...

Hi Optimal,
My pharmacy is unable to order *ANY *gel for ultrasounds. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to where I might be able to order more? Otherwise,
I think I may have to go local pharmacies and buy any stock they might have.
Genteal Gel = “back order” (per our pharmacy)
Refresh liquigel = in stock but not viscous enough (personal preference)
Goniovisc = discontinued (per our pharmacy)
I’m reaching out to you because when I ask my pharmacy department has no
contingency. Your thoughts?
