I couldn't find any follow up on this issue in the Optimal archives and am
getting the "Error 511" message on a study OCT. I'm guessing it's due to a
network issue, but is there any chance the image can be restored? Or is it gone
for good?
I could call Heidelberg but figured I'd probably get a faster response from
this group.
Kind regards,

That seems odd. It's happening across multiple patients. They can't all be
corrupt?

511 error is a bad image, likely a corrupt image.

I cannot download Spectralis images to shared drive
Hard boot twice
"Database problem" Error 511 OCT images could not be loaded
A Heidelberg issue? I don't think so. More a Server issue? Although not
having problems with server per se for any other instrument
Thoughts?
