I would highly recommend paying the extra money for a 1920x1080 resolution
projection.

it would be beneficial to ensure that the projector lens will also allow
the screen size & "throw" (distance from lens to wall/screen) you need for
your environment - this can vary greatly, and if it is a long distance &
relatively small screen, you will need to pay more for a zoom vs. fixed
focal length lens.
