Same as Tim, our fill is usually off-axis, but Brice's idea should work.
Incidentally, anyone else notice that the color balance between the fill
and main LEDs are not the same?

If you’re going to use it straight on…maybe wrap the post in matte gaffers
tape (or something similar). That should kill the reflection.
