[optimal] Denice in SF cries HELP Spectralis

Doing a study on patient requiring Radial Scans 100 ART each spoke.
We've timed out on the one eye due to poor fixation. I want this poor
guy to be in the study. Even rebooting the computer, it locks me out.
Does the Heidelberg time out per SESSION, or by time. If I make this
guy wait longer, reboot and retry, and how long, can I still scan him
today?
He comes from three hours away.
Would appreciate feedback ASAP.
