I have a physician that wants to purchase a Zeiss VISUCAM NM/FA camera for
his office.  You can comment to me at ronzielinski@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I would like to know your feeling/experiences with that camera and the
following:

 

1.   Anyone in the Southern California region own that camera?

2.   If it a non-mydriatic camera how does it handle the peripheral photos?

3.   Reliability of the unit and its software?

 

50% of a purchase is AFTER SALES SERVICES:

 

1.   Cost of Service Contract vs. no service contract.

2.   Cost of a Service call without a contract.

3.   Service response time.

4.   Parts availability - local or overseas?

5.   Quality of the Fluor photos and Fundus.

6.   Ease of learning and using the software.
