misleading subject lines

Here is the perfect example of how inappropriate subject lines can 
mislead. "subject Batteries Plus (was rairs)" First Sentence--"I spoke 
with Richard and found out they can repair the cable."
Unless you read more of the message you would think that Batteries Plus 
repairs cables.
