[optacon-l] Another use for Optacon

I could use it to identify my money; I did not have a money identifier back in
the 1990's. And, what I did not know until then was that every bill has a
serial number. The number is in each corner of the bill. And, of course, a
picture. My Noteteller does not always read the bill; sometimes, it insists it
cannot read it; I think because the bill is faded or badly wrinkled in the
corners. New bills it reads without any problem.
