_Non_ è un'alternativa a Labview ma siccome non so cosa vuoi fare forse

Sappi che puoi installare su Arduino uno speciale firmware / protocollo che si 
chiama firmata:

In pratica trasformi il PC (Windows/Linux/MacOS -> Java) in una
interfaccia sinottica interattiva di uno o più Arduini...
