Hi all:
This week the Taste of NAB 2007 Road Show has only two presentations to
make as we continue in the South finishing in the Lone Star state in the
Houston area and then venturing into Louisiana and the fair city of
Shreveport. These will be our nineteenth and twenty presentations of the
fifty-four that are scheduled.
We begin the week on Monday (June 18th) in Houston, TX for an evening
presentation for SBE Chapter 105 at Univision's KXLN-TV - KFTH-TV. This
is our sixth year in Houston. For details, map, etc, please visit:

We wind up the week on Wednesday, June 20th, with a stop in Shreveport,
LA (SBE Chapter 44) at the Holiday Inn in Bossier City for a noon
meeting. This is our third time to do a presentation for this chapter
and the broadcast engineers in the Shreveport area. For details (map

Each of the presentations mentioned above will be the program for their
respective Society of Broadcast Engineers Chapters. All Taste of NAB
Road Show events, as well as SBE meetings, are open to any one with an
interest in broadcasting, cable and related arts; there is no charge to
attend. All Tech-Notes Taste of NAB 2007 Road Show presentations are
usually part of an official SBE meeting that will count toward certified
SBE members' recertification. Those who attend will also be treated to
not only some of the latest technology, but also to a repast and may
possibly leave having won a door prize of value.
