...a snowy picture and (red tinted) bar that sweeps left to right
across the picture on a TV set? Apparently, this only happens with
component video input and not with s-video input. I'm told the set was
taken in for service, but behaved normally away from this person's
house.
There's a TV and also a radio transmitter very close to this person's
residence and they feel the problem may originate from that.
