The sad reality is that both sides can claim some kind of perverse victory
here...
Apparently Commissioner Rosenworcel has no problem with employees who lie and
millions of comments that provide no meaningful information to the FCC..
Guess it’s OK to just stuff the damn ballot box...

Amazing how corrupt the FCC Chairman is. With the "good guy" persona, he is
truly a piece of work. Imagine a government agency that openly shuts out the
commands from their bosses, the American people. Honestly, if that isn't
malfeasance, what is?

For Immediate Release
STATEMENT OF COMMISSIONER JESSICA ROSENWORCEL IN RESPONSE TO FCC'S INSPECTOR
GENERAL REPORT FINDING NO DISTRIBUTED DENIAL OF SERVICE ATTACK DURING NET
NEUTRALITY PROCEEDING
WASHINGTON, August 6, 2018: "The Inspector General Report tells us what we
knew all along: the FCC's claim that it was the victim of a DDoS attack
during the net neutrality proceeding is bogus. What happened instead is
obvious-millions of Americans overwhelmed our online system because they
wanted to tell us how important internet openness is to them and how
distressed they were to see the FCC roll back their rights. It's unfortunate
that this agency's energy and resources needed to be spent debunking this
implausible claim."
