Can't copy the text, but it's a good read about mobile DTV. I guess they are 
calling it mDTV these days.

Mark makes a good point (among many others, of course!). Looks like the 
greatest viewership for mDTV is in the afternoon, peaking in the 2-3 PM time 
slot. "The new prime time." So broadcasters can manage their spectrum 
throughout the day, to accommodate more or less M/H subchannels, and 
correspondingly less or more of the other stuff.
