Which just goes to show, guess what, deploying broadband is expensive still. 
Even with some of the "last mile" using fixed RF. Which is why net neutrality 
guarantees MATTER. This supposed huge increase in ISP choice has yet to 
materialize. Until and unless, the FCC has to do the job it has done, for its 
entire existence.
