Eliminating the national cap is okay, but then combining that with

So it’s OK to let the broadcast networks take over what’s left of FOTA TV and
the soon to be $20 billion per year second revenue stream from retransmission
consent. But it is not OK for a local TV station and Newspaper to merge, or for
a company like Sinclair to create another TV network in the public airwaves?
I guess we do not want BROADCAST NEUTRALITY.
Better to BLOCK new competition and THROTTLE the information that the
mainstream media delivers to its rapidly declining viewer base.
