No. As I pointed out in the piece, there are a few 3-D displays -- holograms, moving-mirrors, and volumetric among them -- that do not cause vergence-accommodation disparity. Holograms reconstruct the wavefronts that were present at the time of the image capture, presenting both accommodation and vergence where they would have been to an observer.
