So, Nielsen is in bed with the new FCC?

Nothing like planting this "prediction" seed in the head of the commissioners, 
to make them think it has already happened.

Still, FWIW, IMO, the broadcasters did OTA no favors by allowing themselves to 
be screwed in their desire to go back to VHF. I remember a quote from someone 
at Philadelhpia's WPXI, saying that returning to Ch 6 would mean they could 
feed their transmitter with "no more power than a toaster." (Or words to that 
effect.)

Isn't it their job to know better?
