Deleting the ability for channels above 51 now may be premature given the
following:
The Canadian Radio-television Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) set a final
deadline for digital (DTV) transition of August 31, 2011.
I have read somewhere that Mexico will be even futher in the future but can't
seem to find it.
