But don't you also view a lot of material downloaded from the internet?  I
think it is important to add that into the equation.  Perhaps I am muddying
the water, but I think it is important to consider both shared media
(internet downloads, P2P, podcasting, etc.) and physical media (DVD, VHS,
etc.) along with "broadcast" ( I include cable and satellite in this term)
media when discussing media consumption since these really do compete for
our time.
