It's a network feed an associate wishes to be able to run through his plant and then on to his transmitter rather than just feed the transmitter directly. I would suspect it is MPEG2. I do know the audio is embedded, but beyond that, I'm not sure as I don't work there. I'd be prone to think a data stuffer would be what he's looking for.
