Thanks.  I guess my other perhaps now-irrelevant question would be: "If one
such encoder exists today can it emit 853 x 480p60?".  If not, and if Table
3 and cable/sat preclude this as an emission format, then maybe this thread
becomes moot except for IP delivered apps.
