I've been involved in several "Interactive TV" initiatives over the years. In
every case these efforts were characterized as a way to "keep the customer base
from trickling away from TV."
Yet People watch more TV than ever, and interactivity has largely been a
complete bust.
Turns out the trickle to the Internet is now becoming a steady "stream."
