Says that stations can switch over to their final digital configuration,
and shut off analog TV, *any time* on June 12th. Not just one nanosecond
before midnight.
WPVI-Philadelphia, Channel 6 will switch analog off at 12:15 PM during
the noon nuuus.
No indication as to when they will switch from WPVI-DT, digital UHF CH
64 to WPVI-DT, digital CH 6, however.
