[opendtv] DVB-T2 Call for technologies

The requirements specify a 30% minimum improvement on the current
bitrates. That would bring the practical bitrate in a 8 Mhz channel to
30 Mbps, close to the theoretical 31 Mbps maximum value of the current
standard.
I hope they will at least have a look at x-Gen technology, but i don't
think it was considered when they first mentionned DVB-T2.
