Well, as long as the throttling is (a) content-agnostic (video yes, but not
discriminating which video), and (b) only on wireless service, there isn't much
to say. Other than, over anything mobile, including 4G, what would anyone
expect?

If anything, this is the kind of information that knee-jerk libertarians like
Commissioner O'Rielly need to grasp. O'Rielly recently wondered out loud why
wireless broadband cannot be a substitute for wired broadband. Reasons like
this, Commissioner. 4G macrocells cannot possibly be compared with wired
broadband, except maybe in the most distant boonies. They saturate too easily.
Fixed 5G wireless might solve that, but note the word "fixed."
