But he forgot to mention how important telephone modems are to this
discussion...
The ACA and the others who are asking the Supreme Court to overturn the Appeals
Court are absolutely correct.
The reclassification of broadband under Title II, in direct contravention of
the 1996 update to the Communications Act, should not be allowed to stand as a
precedent.
Unfortunately, it is likely that the FCC will reverse this decision and give
the Supreme Court an easy out, much like what just happened with their decision
to drop review of the earlier travel ban court decisions.
