Going forward it is more likely that you will buy spectrum at auction that can use a wide variety of ideas. That is what Crown Castle is contemplating doing with their 5 MHz of spectrum and with the 700 MHz spectrum, some of which has and will be auctioned, you could do any number of things including two way radio or Internet, broadcasting or radio for that matter.
