Juan,
I have run into this. Sometimes I have to power down the HRIT and give it a 15
second rest and then power it back up again.
Also in OpenDCS (LRGS) I sometimes point to my HRIT via the DRGS tab and
sometimes use the HRIT-DAMSNT tab.
Hopefully cycling the power on your HRIT receiver will resolve your issue. Do
it with your fingers crossed. That might help as well.
Cheers, Art

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] [opendcs] DRGS:HRIT Bad Connect issue
Good Morning OPENDCS Group
I am experiencing a problem with my HRIT and OPENDCS. I recently had to do a
kernel patch on my Linux Production Server and when I opened OPENDCS
application and clicked on Decodes Components of LRGS Status to my production
system. I noticed that I am getting the following error.
WARNING 2023/04/19-16:50:07 DrgsRecv:1- DRGS:HRTI: connection failed:
java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused (Connection refsued).
I noticed in my Downlink Statistics section that Downlink Name for DRGS:HRIT
has a link Status of Bad-Connect. Have you ever seen this connection problem
or know how to fix that? I am running LRGS Version 9.1 OpenDCS-6.2 RC04 (April
11, 2016)
