Although I still don't like the (IMO too prominent) new/copy/delete 
buttons at the top, and I would also move the "View:" menu a) to the 
label in a bounding box, or b) as a standard list to the left of the 
content view.
I would also dislike to have a "don't let me screw anything" checkbox 
there - UI preferences probably should never really let you screw 
anything anyway (neither should text files if possible).
