[openbeos-build-team] Including GPL/other License Code

Hi,
I wonder what the policy for including code in the tree that is under
the GPL or other licenses. We have `src/apps/bin/gnu' or `src/tools/
stubgen' which are GPLed (both don't build, BTW). Michael Pfeiffer's
request regarding PDFLib, which is commercial but for free software
available under the Aladdin Free Public License, is still unanswered.
Include source code, library only or nothing at all? And in the library
case, where?
