I am taking a class this semester on Educational Technology to Enhance
learning. One of our assignments is to create a survey using Google Forms
and have others respond to it. If you have a chance, would you please
complete this survey? It is a mock survey of one that I would use in my
Literature classes. Don't worry, your answers are not being used for any
